Return Policy 

AW.Bridal is dedicated to providing the best products for all the clients. If unfortunately, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can take care of you.

Items you may return or exchange

  1. Damaged Items

    If you find the item broken or damaged upon receipt, please contact with us within 48 hours providing photo prof. You can get relative refund or a replacement.

  2. Missing Items

    If you find your order missing some products, please contact with us within 48 hours. You can get a partial refund or a reshipment.

  3. Incorrect items

    If you get the wrong products instead of what you ordered, please contact with us within 48 hours providing photo prof. You can get full refund or a replacement.

  4. Items not as described

    If you get items with wrong product descriptions, please contact with us within 48 hours providing photo prof. Please be noted that “wrong descriptions” does not include object difference of color shades, etc.

  5. Dresses with label "QUICK DELIVERY"

    We accept unconditional return within 7 days upon receipt. The dress should be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original labels on.

Please be noted that any returned items shall be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with tags attached.

Items you may not return and exchange

  1. Lingerie.
  2. Garters.
  3. Personalized and dyed items, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings).
  4. Made to Order Shoes ( both standard & custom size).
  5. Made to Order Dresses ( both standard & custom size).

Every item especially made for your own measurements may not be returned, unless detailed photos prove that they have an issue caused by us.


  1. Color Mismatch

    Computer screen resolution varies, thus may influence the photo colors. Slight color difference between real item and the color shown on screen may not be recognized as defective or mis-shipped.

    Tips: Order swatches in advance if you are unsure about the colors.

  2. Sizing or Fitting Issues

    AW.Bridal applies its own standard of sizes, which may differ from what you usually wear. We may not accept return for dresses that are made to correct size you choose.

    Tips: Go to a professional seamstress for your measurements and compare by our size chart.

  3. Quality Issues

    Since most of the dresses are hand-crafted, inevitable situations like thread residue, folds after long-term international delivery, slight mark left by water erasable pen may not be verified as quality issues.


    (1) Thread Residue. Use a pair of scissors to have the thread residue cut.

    (2) Folds. Have the clothing ironed. For some clothing comes with beading, embroidery or other embellishment, have it ironed from the opposite side(inner side).

    (3) Slight Mark. Most of the slight mark has been left by water erasable pen from the dress maker when cut the fabric. Please take some water with this part and gently rub, the mark will disappear right away.

Time for Returns

  1. Contact us for a return request within 48 hours upon receipt of the item.
  2. Send the item back within 48 hours after receipt of the return confirmation to your registered email.

How to Return

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Submit a return request including return reason and pictures to show details of issues. We will reply your request within 48 hours.
  3. You will receive a RMA after we confirm your return request.
  4. Start to process the return, send the parcel back to us including the RMA.
  5. Return with a traceable postal service, and send us tracking code and site.

Shipping Fees

  1. We cover the shipping & reshipping fees for: Damaged/ Missing /Incorrect /Not as Described Items.
  2. Refund for free shipping dresses and shoes, we will deduct $15 shipping charge for each dress or shoes. $30 for two items, $45 for three items, the rest may be deduced by analogy.
  3. If you have made the wrong order and want to exchange for a correct one, original shipping price will be deducted, and the return shipping will be at your cost.
  4. You may have to pay the return shipping fee in advance. If reshipping fees are confirmed with cs emails to be at our cost, it will be credited with refund as per receipt of returned items(if replacement is not chosen).

Exchange or Refund

  1. After we get your returned parcel and confirm it is in original condition, a refund will be arranged as agreed. Full or partial refund will be issued as per the specific care of customer service.
  2. Normally an exchange will be arranged until we get your returned parcel and confirmed it is in original condition. But as we understand your wedding is approaching, there are exceptions case by case. So if you need an exchange soon please discuss with our cs.

Credit Time

  1. Refund will be processed as agreed after we confirm your return parcel is compliance with our requirement.
  2. Refund goes to the same account that that you used to pay. If you use Wire Transfer and Western Union Payment to shop, we will use PayPal to send the refund.
